Enrolment Enquiries

Mater Christi College accepts enrolment of students for places in Year 7 to Year 12.  

 

Applications for Year 7 close late February of the Grade 6 year.  In recent years we have not been able to offer places to all applicants and advise interested families to secure a place at the College by applying early.  While first round offers are made in the first week of May, we welcome applications after this date.  As places become available, they will be offered to families on the waiting list at the Principal's discretion.

Mater Christi has an enrolment policy that indicates enrolment preference is given to girls from Catholic primary schools in our region.  In implementing this policy the College is mindful of the Good Samaritan tradition.  An inclusive approach is shown to applicants from non-Catholic families where parents ask for their daughters to be educated in the Good Samaritan tradition.  Click here to view the College Enrolment Policy.

 

Occasionally there are a small number of vacancies at other year levels.   Information about places at all year levels is available by contacting the Registrar, Connie Koomen on 9757 0810.

 

Application Process

Complete the "Application for Enrolment" and forward the following:

 

  • the completed Application Form
  • an application fee of $75 payable to Mater Christi College
  • a copy of recent school reports
 

And for applicants for Years 8 - 12
  • attach a statement indicating the reasons for the change of secondary school
