Term 1 Reports and Progress Meetings

The central role of Progress Meetings is to provide individual feedback to students and parents, so we encourage everyone to make use of this opportunity to discuss student learning.

As distinct from the traditional parent-teacher evening, where teachers deliver, and parents receive, our focus is to involve all three members of the learning partnership, the student, parent and teacher, in a conversation about student learning, goals and direction. Students are encouraged to lead the discussion. We believe that the student is more likely to grow and progress if they reflect upon, own and take responsibility for their learning.

  • Monday 26 March, 1:00pm

Progress Meetings Bookings open on the Parent Portal

  • Monday 26 March, 1:00pm until Monday 16 April 5:00pm
  • Tuesday 17 April, 9.00pm until Wednesday 18 April 5:00pm

Progress Meetings to be held in the Hall

  • Tuesday 17 April, 2:00 - 8:30pm (students dismissed 1:00pm)
  • Thursday 19 April, 2:00 - 8:30pm (students dismissed 1:00pm)

Please note Uniform Shop extended hours for winter uniform purchases.

Scholastica and the Learning Commons will be open and supervised for students who wish to remain at the College after 1:00pm.

The appointment booking system enables automatic allocations from a preferred start time. Click here to view the instructions which will also be placed on the Portal.

On occasions, a teacher may be unavailable for interviews. If parents are unable to book an interview with an individual teacher, they are invited to contact the teacher via email and he/she will respond as soon as possible.

Please also note that end of Semester Progress Meetings are scheduled to occur on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 June.
