As part of this commitment, the College wants to make it possible for more girls to benefit from our contemporary approach to all-girls education.
Senior School Scholarships
Mater Christi College annually awards several full and half scholarships to students entering Year 10. The three-year scholarship is designed to support students who wish to complete their Year 10 and VCE (Years 11 and 12) studies at the College. Applications are now open for current Year 9 students to apply for a Year 10 2027 Senior School Scholarship.
To be awarded a Senior School Scholarship students are to have demonstrated excellence in their academic studies and endeavour, as well as have made a positive and significant contribution to their school and/or broader community.
One essential component in awarding these Scholarships is the ACER Level2 Scholarship. To register to complete this scholarship test, and formallyapply, please note the following:
- Applications open on Monday 27 July 2026 and close on Monday 10 August 2026.
- Complete the online registration form (on or after the opening date).
- Upload your child’s most recent NAPLAN achievement report, school report, and curriculum vitae that outlines their achievements and contribution to school and/or community life.
- Pay a $125 non-refundable application fee at the time of registration. This fee covers the cost for your child to sit the Scholarship Test.
- Students will sit the scholarship test on Thursday 20 August, 3.45pm – 6.00pm at the College.
- Further information regarding arrangements for the Scholarship Test session and the timeline for offers will be sent to applicants on Tuesday 11 August.
- Students can view an outline of the Level 2 Scholarship Test, and example questions are on the ACER WEBSITE.
